Three More Months...

...until Cian can have ice cream and cake when he turns one. He hit the nine month mark on Groundhog Day (six more weeks of winter, whatever). He now crawls and pulls up on everything, so most cabinets in the house have child locks on them and all outlets are covered. We don't have to worry about the floor lamp anymore, he took care of that - his first broken household object. At least he's pretty good at not smacking his head anymore when he's trying to stand up.

What a cheeseball!

This is more his usual expression. Except for some reason his nose looks really orange. Too many carrots and sweet potatoes? Apparently he still needs to get used to chunkier food, every time I try to give him anything other than stage 2 baby food, a teething biscuit, or Cheerios (or when he eats paper or something else not meant for human consumption), he gags and hurls. So I'm really hoping he grows out of that soon. Sorry for ending on that nice note, but that's what's on my mind at the moment.

It's extremely sad to me that I have not yet yet met Cian in person... Hopefully next time we're in the Tri-Cities! He is just so cute!!

Brooke - It will happen eventually, right? I don't think I have ever met Tyson, either!

Jen - Hope to see you soon!

Ha! Orange nose. That's hilarious. I'll be sure to mention that the next time I see him.
